After 30 years as a chef, Alena Partyková left behind industrial food production to craft something pure and authentic – artisanal mustards made by hand without artificial colors or preservatives. Using organic mustard seeds, water, vinegar, and simple ingredients, she creates her mustards in the traditional way, with a fermentation process that takes over six weeks.
Her collection of fifteen unique flavors has earned prestigious awards including "Taste of South Moravia" and the "Regional Food" designation. From classic coarse-grain to innovative varieties like apricot-chili, honey, and turmeric, each mustard showcases flavors from her permaculture garden in the Moravian countryside.
